With more than 35 years of operational experience across 10 organisations and having worked in 5 different countries in that time, Derek is aware of the different cultural approaches to the same types of issues. Additionally, he has worked his way up to board-level and COO positions. This background experience, coupled with his coaching experience [more than 500 Hours and counting] provides him with an understanding and appreciation to examine issues at a deeper level, which helps his clients establish a workable solution.
