This six-week practical webinar series will take you through the key component steps to support your transition into the board room. It will help you through your transition journey with all the preparation you will need to build a successful transition plan. The programme will need full commitment, including time outside of the sessions to do self-reflection and practical tasks.
This programme has been built for individuals who are serious about career progression & are self motivated to succeed. While you are going through your transformation of acceleration to the boardroom, we will be by your side every step of the way.

These are all vital tools for success & are needed for your acceleration into the boardroom. You gain an understanding of what is required of a Non-Executive Director. also, through the interactive webinars, you will understand how to prepare for success and what is needed to succeed through how to find opportunities and be the right fit for the organisation. It will be conducted via the Zoom platform over six 90-minute consecutive weekly sessions. All sessions will be recorded & available to watch at your leisure.
