Our approach

We work with executive level leaders, typically c-suite and senior leaders, to help them initiate the change they want in their career and fulfil their ambitions.  


At the heart of our approach is a series of confidential, one-to-one, sessions with a highly- skilled executive coach with extensive leadership experience.  The coaching process is completely bespoke.  We work flexibly to help you achieve your goals and focus on rapid, tangible results.


We do this through a series of personal coaching sessions.  A typical coaching assignment consists of six to twelve monthly sessions of two hours each. In addition to asking you powerful questions to challenge your perspectives and assumptions, we use a range of psychometrics, analytics, tools and diagnostics to enhance the learning process and gain a clearer understanding of your goals. 


Coaching packages available


  • Platinum Coaching Package - 12 sessions of 2 hours, typically over a 12-month period.

  • Gold Coaching Package - 6 sessions of 2 hours, typically over a 6-month period.

  • Silver Coaching Package - 3 sessions of 2 hours, typically over a 3-month period.

  • Flexible Coaching Package - to suit your needs, challenges and goals.


The sequence of events will be…Discovery, Design, Coach and Review.


  • Discovery: A free opening session to understand your coaching goals and to whether the chemistry works for both parties to work together.  Coaching is personal, and it’s important that we can work effectively together.  If it doesn’t quite work for both parties, we will find alternative options to support you through our extensive coaching network.

  • Design: using what we’ve learned in the discovery session, we’ll design a bespoke coaching programme to deliver on your goals and the changes you want to make. 

  • Coach: once all parties are happy to proceed, we will book in your first coaching session.  The first session tends to be a little more structured in approach, to delve further into your goals and help you become clearer on the changes you want to make.  At the end of each session, we’ll agree the next steps and book in the next session.  Subsequent sessions follow more of a routine of reflection, reviewing any agreed actions from the previous session, and then continuing to work on your goals.

  • Review: the final session will include a review of the coaching assignment and goals, and an exploration of how to keep the changes you have made moving in the right direction.
