Career Background and Strengths
An experienced executive leader with 35 years of retail and healthcare leadership. Paul has led an accomplished career across the disciplines of HR, Finance, Operations, Property, and Audit as well as leading big field leadership teams across the United Kingdom and Ireland. Paul has led big change and transformational projects including organisational design, operational improvement, people changes, resourcing, introduction of new systems, risk management, technology and store formats.
Paul has a non-executive director and board experience with an extensive understanding of leading highly successful teams in the corporate area.
