Are you contemplating a career transition to be a non-executive director? Our six-week NED transition programme is here to empower & accelerate you on this journey. This six-week practical webinar series will take you through the key component steps to support your transition into the board room. It will help you through your transition journey with all the preparation you will need to build a successful transition plan. The programme will need full commitment, including time outside of the sessions to do self-reflection & practical tasks. This program has been built for individuals who are serious about career progression & are self motivated to succeed. While you are going through your transformation of acceleration to the boardroom, We will be by your side every step of the way. Together, we'll cultivate your self-confidence, elevate your professional visibility, and enhance your self-awareness. These are all vital tools for success & are needed for your acceleration into the boardroom. You gain an understanding of what is required of a Non-Executive Director also, through the interactive webinars, you will understand how to prepare for success & what is needed to succeed through how to find opportunities & be the right fit for the organisation. It will be conducted via the Zoom platform over six 90-minute consecutive weekly sessions. All sessions will be recorded & available to watch at your leisure. The course will be facilitated by a highly experienced accredited coach who also have senior leadership and non–executive director experience. *All Prices Exclude VAT

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and Reschedules – The Service Provider reserves the right to charge The Company for cancellations and reschedules based on the table below. Where the fees have not yet been received in full, The Service Provider is entitled to payment for costs incurred to that date in favour of The Service Provider.
